Process overview
PE and PP to customer specification.
We compound polyethylene and polypropylene on a toll-manufacturing basis: we transform raw material into pellets ready for moulding or extrusion, with a recipe agreed case by case. We process virgin material, on volumes ranging from pilot sampling to continuous production.
Our lines are equipped for multi-component gravimetric dosing, technical additivation (UV, antioxidants, mineral fillers) and zone-by-zone thermal control. Every released batch is shipped with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) including MFI, density, colour and mechanical properties.

Precise weighing of base polymer, mineral fillers, additives and masterbatches according to the approved formula.

Co-rotating twin-screw extruder with zone-by-zone thermal control. Hot-cut or under-water cut for uniform pellets.
Lab quality control
MFI, density, colorimetry and mechanical property tests on every batch. Release only after compliance is verified.
Output: Batch CoAPackaging and shipping
25 kg sacks, big bags, octabins or custom packaging. Shipping to production sites across Europe.
