Every batch. Every parameter. Every time.

The in-house laboratory is the heart of our quality promise. Dedicated instrumentation, ISO 9001 procedures and a single rule: no material leaves the plant without verified conformity and a Certificate of Analysis.
Characterisation
Quality control isn’t a department. It’s a method.
Every raw material at intake, every process intermediate and every finished batch goes through our in-house laboratory. The instruments measure the parameters that define the technical conformity of the compound: melt-flow index, density, colour, mechanical behaviour. Only on a positive outcome is the batch released and shipped, accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis.
- MFI · melt-flow index (ISO 1133)
- Density at 23 °C (ISO 1183)
- Spectrophotometric colorimetry
- Tensile mechanical tests (ISO 527)
- Lot-by-lot traceability

The quality flow
From batch to Certificate of Analysis.
Five standardised steps, applied without exception to every production — from pilot sampling to industrial volume.
- Step 01•Real-time
Sampling
Statistical sampling of the in-process batch, per internal procedure.
- Step 02•≤ 2h
Physical tests
Measurement of MFI, density and process rheology parameters.
- Step 03•ΔE < 1.0
Colour tests
Spectrophotometric ΔE control for custom colourations.
- Step 04•ISO 527
Mechanical tests
Verification of tensile properties on moulded specimens.
- Step 05•Lot-by-lot
Release + CoA
Verified conformity: CoA issuance and shipment clearance.
Instruments
Dedicated instruments. Repeatable procedures.
Five areas of analysis, one philosophy: measure what the client must guarantee to their own end customer.

Melt Flow Index (MFI)
ISO 1133Melt viscosity measured per ISO 1133. Key parameter to assess processability and process class of the compound.
230 °C · 2.16 kg
HunterLab colorimetry
CIE LabSpectrophotometric ΔE, L*a*b* measurement for lot-by-lot colour control. Critical on custom colours.
ΔE · L* a* b*
Mechanical tests
ISO 527Tensile, elongation and resistance tests per ISO 527. Verification of the final mechanical properties of the compound.
Tensile · Elongation
Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
ISO 9001Every released batch is accompanied by the CoA with the measured parameters. Full technical documentation, digital and paper.
Digital · Paper
Full traceability
Lot-by-lotUnique identifier for every batch. Immediate backtrack to raw materials, process parameters and operating personnel.
